The works consisted of:
- Full strip out of changing rooms down to slab base.
- Full re-build of areas to ensure changing rooms were operational before the new term started
- Alterations to internal walls to allow changes to layouts.
- This consisted of M&E alterations and installs to ensure each area met safety requirements.
- All new areas were finished to the exact specification of the school to ensure all areas kept uniform to the building.
Challenges
This project was over an incredibly tight timescale giving us just the main summer holiday period. We handed the project over to the school on the last day before the new term successfully ensuring all areas were fully operational to commence the new school term.
